“Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). “Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.”

“The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...
